About Bide Well

To Bide: to spend time, to wait, to tolerate, to calmly be present

To Abide: to accept, to bear patiently, to live or stay somewhere

I invite you to consider what it might be like to bide, or abide, with your self, your experiences, and your relationships — to consider what they mean to you and how they influence, affect, or enhance who you are and who you are becoming. By doing so, you may find the next steps you are looking for on your way to healing and growing further.

I come to this work, and welcome you to it, from a place of learning. I have long been passionate about people in my life getting the resources they need to heal and grow. It’s one of my greatest joys.

Together we will look for what is helpful to you — whether that is information about your own life experiences, new practices or habits or skills to develop, or your approach to relationships with others and with yourself.
